ASSOCIATE, RESILIENT IT INFRASTRUCTURES
Brian is a technologist with a background in Mathematics and Computer Science. Prior to joining the Engine Room, he was part of the inaugural cohort of the Tech and Society Fellowship at Mozilla Foundation where he focused on disinformation, advancing cybersecurity capacity building and bringing his expertise in safeguarding digital assets and mitigating security threats to civil society organisations. He also co-founded Boltech Consultancy to empower vulnerable CSOs with the knowledge, tools and support necessary to safeguard their data, systems and networks against cyber threats. In his spare time, he enjoys gaming, hiking and attending live music performances.
Brian is responsible for ensuring the smooth, secure and sustainable functioning of The Engine Room’s tech ecosystem, supporting partner-facing projects with significant technology and data components, and taking forward improvement processes to increase our technical resilience.
